SSI Advanced Open Water Diver

EXTEND YOUR DIVE

Advanced Open Water Diver

Why take this course?

If you cannot decide which specialty programs are the best choice for you, join the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program! You will try Deep Diving, Navigation, Nitrox, Perfect Buoyancy and Wreck Diving before committing to full specialty training. It is a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how valuable it can be to your diving adventures. Upon completion, you’ll be certified to dive to depths of up to 30 metres.

Get a taste of 5 different specialty dives, no classroom, no pool, JUST DIVES! Your instructor will show you how to dive deeper (28m) on HMAS Brisbane and how to dive on a wreck, you will also learn SMB deployment.

At Flinders Reef you will learn natural & compass navigation, buoyancy skills and you will complete on dive on nitrox. Remember you will NOT receive your nitrox certification. This is a separate specialty course.
